In order to help serve you better, we have put together a list of common questions. Please call or email if you have any further questions and we'd be happy to help.

Shipping wasn’t calculated online, what do I do?
Shipping is only calculated for products we currently have in stock at our main facility. Our system allows you to checkout without paying for freight or shipping costs from the manufacture. We supply our products from many locations and prices change constantly. You will be contacted shortly with a shipping estimate which can be paid over the phone or online.
What is the lead time on my products?
We will usually be able to ship your order with 1-3 days for a total lead time of 7-10 days from the time payment is received. If there are any changes to this, your account manager will be in touch with you to ensure products arrive when you need them while keeping costs as low as possible.
What is the cost to ship my order?
For products we have in stock that are able to ship via UPS a quote will be provided online, for freight and manufacture direct products your dedicated account manager will find the best shipping rates and contact you.
How do I check the status of my order?
We will keep in touch with you throughout the process including order confirmation as well as tracking info if applicable. If you selected to create an account, you can track all of your orders using one log-in. Of course, you can always contact your dedicated account manager with any questions.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are managed on a case by case basis. We frequently allow returns up to 30 days as long as the product is in it’s original condition. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
